Shipping Policy/Rates

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Out-of-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days.
We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for charges.

Sales Tax: In-state orders will be charged MA sales tax @ 6.25%.
Out-of-state orders will not be charged MA sales tax.

Merchandise Return Policy

Within 15 days of purchase, unused merchandise* can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued as credit against form of payment within 15 days of return. Returns after 15 days will be satisfied in the form of a merchandise credit.

*Accent Banner reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to refund authorization.
