• Experienced Stitcher

  We are an established and respected fabricator of custom flags and banners. We specialize in
  applique product. Currently, we employ two full-time and one part-time stitcher and need a third
  full-time stitcher. If you take pride in working with your hands, being a great teammate, and
  achieving or exceeding goals, we want to hear from you!

  We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with sewing experience, preferably
  within applique. Job responsibilities will include:

  • producing appliqued flags and banners
  • meeting project deadlines
  • ensuring quality control
  • maintaining machinery
  • performing other duties as assigned based on company needs
  • being punctual and organized with your time

  Required skills:
  

  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Must be able follow detailed instructions and processes
  • Stitching experience (single needle, double needle, and zig-zag).
  • Familiarity with industrial sewing machines.
  • Proven aptitude for organization.
  • Sound knowledge of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to measure using Imperial system (inches, feet, etc.)
  • 3 years of relevant experience (preferably with in the sewing industry)
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs. or more

  Pay rate and benefits:
  

  • Starting pay based on experience $17+ / hour

• SALES: Account management / New business development

  At its core, the role of AM / NBD is to provide Accent Banner with sales orders to meet
  or exceed quarterly goals in effort to continue the growth of the company and provide
  our production and design teams with accurate and detailed information specific to each
  product, project, and clients needs. To do so, tasks and responsibilities fall into two main categories:

  Account Management

  • Maintain existing client relationships.
  • Manage sales orders from qualifying stage to fulfillment.
  • Expand account by cross selling and continued client engagement
    

  
  

  New Business Development

  • Nurture leads provided from Accent Banner’s marketing efforts
  • Discover and pursue leads through client referral
  • Seek and develop new leads through cold calling / plumbing dormant accounts
    

  
  

  Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
