What Was Your Experience Before Using Accent Banner:


Q: Summarize three challenges or points of frustration you faced before you started working with Accent Banner. How has Accent Banner specifically addressed those problems?

A: I used another vendor for a number of years before switching to Accent. I was not happy with the communication with the customer service person.

Q: What tactics did you try before you started using Accent Banner? What were the results?

A: I had to check on my project numerous times leading up to the delivery date to make sure it was on schedule. I was always nervous about meeting deadlines and getting the banners delivered on time.


Your Experience Using Accent Banner:


Q:What was the big a-ha moment when you decided you needed to try Accent Banner?

A: The vendor missed a deadline and my client was furious that he didn't have a banner for an important press conference. We had to scramble and borrow a banner from another department.


Your Results With Accent Banner:


Q: What specific problems has Accent Banner addressed that other companies of your size/type might be able to relate to?

A: Accent is willing to work with tight deadlines. If it's possible to get a project done within a certain time frame, they will do it.


Q:Did you experience any direct "big win" business results for your company because of Accent Banner? (i.e. more customer engagement, better brand recognition, increased business, etc.)

A:Light pole banners are a nice way to make our presence felt in the surrounding neighborhood in a positive way. The banners add color and life to the street and create awareness about upcoming events.

Q:What is the single biggest reason you would recommend/why you love Accent Banner?

A: Accent's customer service is excellent. Our sales/cutomer service rep always calls or emails if my instructions are unclear and to make sure that we are on the same page regarding specs and schedule.
